What is NGO/TRUST?
NGO is a Voluntary Organization which can be registered under various Act under which Trust, Society, Non-Profit Company is Section 8.
Process of Registering NGO/TRUST
There is a Process of registration trust under which the NGO is registered. At Least two members are required in the trust, three members should be kept so that it remains reasonable for the time to come.
# Name Approval: First of all,the name of the NGO has to be Decided for registration.Any Name can run in the trust,but the name of the new NGO cannnot be decided by matching the old registered NGO as per the Prescribed scope of work in the society and Non-Profit Company.
# Trust Deed: The next step is to Prepare the Trust Deed.Preperation of Trust Deed will depends upon the Nature and Objective of Trust.In the Trust Deed we have to mentioned the Objective,Area of Operation,Power & Duties of Board etc.
# Trust Deed Registration: After being Finalization of Trsut Deed,it will be registered at Registrar Office on a Stamp Paper.Value of Stamp Paper depends upon the State in which Trsut is going to Register.
